A brand new multi-million dollar home over looking La Jolla, Ca with scratched Fleetwood windows? No Bueno.  Due to the location of the windows and accessibility issues, replacement costs would have been astronomical.  In addition, these windows were all west facing, which means not only do they have an ocean view, but they get direct sunlight in the afternoon, which meant if a repair was attempted, it needed to come out a close to perfect as humanly possible. With this in mind, no other local “glass restoration” company wanted anything to do with working on this job. The risk of distortion and haze was too high.
