These Fleetwood doors, which are a focal point of this beautiful home were destroyed by a careless window cleaner.  Although the scratches were mostly the shallow, fine spiderweb type, they covered the glass top to bottom, each panel requiring a full resurface.

The glass receives direct and harsh light most of the afternoon and into sunset making the scratches impossible to ignore.

You can imagine the disappointment when the scratches on the glass were discovered upon opening the shades the morning after they had been cleaned.

Glass Savers was referred by another glass restoration company who knew there was little to no room for error on this project.  The customers were extremely detailed orientated and would be examining the glass from all angles and in every lighting condition. Mainly watching the sunset through.

After completing a demo on one panel, they spent a few days inspecting the glass and comparing against other options.

In the end Glass Savers was trusted to complete this project.  Needless to say the customers were thrilled to have their view restored and saved 10’s of thousands of dollars vs. replacement costs.
