Palo Alto California, at a prestigious new medical center. Only weeks before opening day scratched glass was discovered, lots of it! To make matter worse, not only was replacement of the glass impossible in time, neither was scratch removal (resurfacing) using most available methods.  There was no room for error or taking chances, as almost all of the glass involved is extremely large,thick, curved, and imported from Europe. It had to come out right the first time, and would be critically and painstakingly inspected by everyone including the architects. Lastly, there was a strict deadline. 

Obviously Glass Savers was chosen for the job, this is where we shine.  The next challenge came on day 1… We found out that double the amount of glass was to be added to the list, but the deadline would remain! We’d have to move twice as fast.

We’ve done this long enough to know what sorts of “unforeseen” challenges may be hiding in each project and we came “over” prepared.   This allowed us to immediately adapt on the spot and still finish the job 1 day early. Needless to say everyone was equally surprised and thrilled, with reason too, hundreds of thousands of dollars were saved on this one.

Scratched glass like this is generally thought to be permanently ruined, requiring replacement.
