Determining exactly what caused scratches in glass can be a mystery sometimes, as was the case with these newly installed windows and doors in Encinitas, Ca.  Whether it came from the factory scratched, or whether it happened during construction or cleaning is not know, what was obvious however is that the scratches could not stay there.  Either the glass had to be replaced, or the scratches removed.
