Seattle, Wa glass resurfacing job
I recently got word that the resurfacing job I completed in Seattle last year passed final inspection…
I wasn’t surprised, I knew it would. It’s always a huge relief to the client though, especially when hundreds of thousands of dollars and months of labor are on the line as was the case here.
The glass on this enormous curtain wall inside Safeco plaza (Seattle, Washington) was mysteriously scratched shortly after construction. Most of the damage was close to the edges, which most other glass restoration companies will say isn’t possible to restore.
All of the scratches where at eye level and up, going as high as 3 stories, all looking into overhead lighting – translation- Any flaw in the restoration job is going to be amplified greatly. Additionally, the repairs would undergo under high levels of scrutiny by numerous people from multiple companies at different times. Thus the risk of messing up this job, especially if attempted by someone without sufficient experience was not only very real, but also unacceptable. This one had to come out right the FIRST TIME.
There are plenty of glass resurfacing companies closer, including some in Seattle, but there’s a reason Glass Savers was brought in from Southern California to complete this restoration.
When the job needs to be done right, call Glass Savers.
